The purpose of this report is to make available to engineers, public officials, and the general public a summary of stream-flow and quality-of-water records of Arkansas streams throughout the years during which local, state, and federal agencies have coop-erated with the Water Resources Division of the U. S. Geological Survey. The report contains a summary of stream-flow records collected by the Corps of Engineers at gaging stations operated in connection with special river studies in Arkansas.
